Project Background

During power battery production, the client previously relied on manual handling, which posed several challenges: low efficiency limiting production pace, potential damage affecting battery safety, and complex logistics between workstations hindering scheduling. These issues directly impacted productivity and quality, constraining capacity expansion and market competitiveness.


To address these challenges, CASUN Intelligent provided an AGV-based smart handling system, enabling unmanned transport, precise workstation docking, and intelligent scheduling. Implemented AGVs autonomously move material carts between stations using QR code and magnetic navigation for efficient, accurate operations. This solution enhanced production efficiency, reduced labor dependency, and improved quality management, building a more stable and intelligent production line.
